Sani Roll: the new dispenser designed by Falpi for Monopanno roll's impregnation.

Monopanno is an extraordinary product that has established itself for the sanitization of health facilities and all the areas where a perfect cleaning and hygiene of furnishings and all the surfaces is needed. 

Now it is possible to impregnate Monopanno and maintain its grade of impregnation, even for a long time, using its special and innovative Sani Roll dispenser. 

With Sani Roll you can use Monopanno in different contexts which are not related to the Hospital world. Sani Roll permits to save materials, dispensing the cloths in a laid out shape instead of a traditional centrefeed system: an innovation, this last, of proven efficiency in terms of cost savings and reduced environmental impact. 

Phase 1 - Insert the Monopanno roll inside the dispenser
By opening all of the 7 levers, the roll will recline in the special space. Later, close the lid and hook it to every side.

Phase 2 - Put the disinfectant/multi-purpose product
Sani Roll has a side cap which will let, once opened, to put inside of it 300ml circa of disinfectant/multi-purpose product.
N.b. the cap comes with a direct hook to the dispenser to avoid loss.

Phase 3 - Proceed with the impregnation
Thanks to Monopanno's  frame - whose main features are capillarity and the absorption rate - the disinfectant/multi-purpose product will be distributed in the whole roll in a very short time (it takes just 30 seconds for the roll to be evenly impregnated) allowing the operator to start immediately his work.  

Phase 4 - Use the Monopanno 
By opening the central lever (on the side where there is 3 of them) the superior lid will open to allow the operator to extract the required amount of Monopanno. The hermetic closing lid will ensure the maintenance of the residual roll's grade of impregnation.
